Cost to Mediate: The daily rate for 3 or fewer parties is $4000. The rate includes pre-mediation confidential conversations with each party representative, mediating pre-session disputes, all preparation and travel expenses, and for travel of two hours roundtrip or less. For mediation of more than 3 parties, add $500 per additional party. If travel exceeds two hours, then travel is $75. per hour. Fees are shared according to the parties’ agreement. For mediation sessions extending beyond 8 hours, the hourly charge of $350. per hour applies.
