Areas of Arbitration Expertise

Connie Rakowsky, Esquire was selected to serve on the panel of the American Arbitration Association Commercial panel in 2008. As most arbitrations involve business matters, her business knowledge and experience inform her service as an arbitrator. Together with following the AAA Standards, fairness is Connie’s primary goal while smartly and cost-effectively deciding cases.     Connie arbitrated a substantial trademark infringement, UCC and breach of contract matter involving Arbitrability within the past year.  She arbitrated 10 franchise cases under the Expedited Procedures.
